As a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Sophie uses a mix of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques and other psychotherapy practices to assist clients with accomplishing their mental health goals.

Kate studied Psychology and subsequently Sociology to Masters level and is a qualified therapist in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Previously, Kate worked for a charity organisation supporting children and families in need.
While supporting these families, Kate used CBT and similar counselling techniques to help them significantly improve their well-being.
Kate believes it is a privilege to help clients realise their potential, make positive changes, achieve goals and ultimately see a significant improvement to their mental health.
Most of Kate's work focuses on supporting families, teens and young adults, as well as clients needing help with anxiety and eating disorders.
Kate also works with clients seeking assistance with depression, addiction, trauma symptoms, self-care, life enhancement, goal attainment and self-discovery.
Tracy is a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with a degree in Psychology and Sociology.
Tracy understands that seeking therapy can be daunting. She offers therapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment to explore the difficulties you are experiencing in your life.
Through 1:1 counselling sessions Tracy will help you explore the underlying issues that are negatively impacting your life.
She will teach you coping mechanisms and help you create positive behavioural changes to improve your well-being and move you closer toward your goals.
Tracy has extensive experience in the the field of addiction and relapse prevention.
She also helps clients seeking assistance with anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms, self-care, life enhancement, goal attainment and self-discovery.
Mark has completed his diploma in theory in Integrative counselling and is now working on his practice hours as a student.
Mark will offer you a relaxed secure space and create an atmosphere of trust and acceptance, which will hopefully enable you to share your thoughts and feelings and behaviours that may be causing you anxiety, and as a result can have a negative impact on your emotional and physical well-being.
He particularly enjoys waving in and out of the many different counselling theories and techniques that will allow his clients to explore their true self and worth.
Mark has worked over many years with Marie Curie in providing emotional and spiritual care to those that are facing and preparing for the end of their life here on earth. He is especially gifted at being fully present to those he works with in exploring their death anxieties and fears.
Mark has also worked closely within the field of addictions and mental health within the LGBTQ+ community.
